Marcus Soriano is an outlier, maven, entrepreneur, uber connector, culture communicator, and golfer. A former NCAA college football athlete, he values teamwork and has a background in Diversity and Inclusion leadership training. A native of Washington, DC metro and calls Hampton, VA his hometown. In his spare time, enjoys experiencing travel, food, and culture. 

 

Marcus has an extensive resume & has been working in the management consulting field. A design thinker, strategic planner, organization designer, agile change manager, and process reengineers. Help leaders at cabinet-level government agencies and Fortune 500 companies craft and implement the creative, cross-functional, data-driven solutions they need to keep their organizations secure, effective, and relevant in the changing world.

 

He holds a Bachelors degree at Shepherd University in Psychology and obtain my Government Contracting certificate from George Mason University. A graduate of the National Contract Management Association- Contract Management Leadership Development Program and have been a speaker at NCMA Conference on Acquisition, Leadership, and Contract Management topics and best practice. His passion is community development and active on Non-profit board organization such as NCMA, Diversity & Inclusion, Toastmaster Club and Washington, DC Rotary Club.
